David has an extensive background in business and engineering, but aviation is where his passion lies. He flies both fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters. David is heavily involved in the community and operates a nonprofit vintage aircraft collection for Vietnam service members in his free time.
Milo De Grassi

Milo has extensive experience working as an A&P/IA. He is a two-time Oshkosh Silver Wrench Award winner and People's Choice Award winner. Milo has been involved in the warbird community for decades. DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS/ CHIEF PILOT/ CFII
Hudson has a degree in Air Traffic Control and has been flying since the ripe old age of 16 years. Spending his past 12 years in the aviation industry, operating a Flight School/FBO has always been one of his life goals, and that passion shines through with every interaction.
Craig is excited to be part of the team at Cascade Air. A fourth generation pilot, Craig has been around aviation since childhood. He started flying in 2008. When not working, he's enjoying the great outdoors with his wife, two young sons and dog.
ASSISTANT CHIEF PILOT/ CFII/MEI
James is another team member with an ATC degree and a love for all things aviation. He has been flying in the Pacific Northwest since 2010. James is always seeking new ways to teach more effectively and is dedicated in upholding the highest standard of safety while providing a fun learning environment.
Kelley is a first generation pilot who started flying when he was only 16 years old. He enjoys flying his own RV-7A aircraft, camping, and sports. Kelley is dedicated to tailoring training to meet individual student needs.
Jess has been involved in aviation since she was young and ended up getting her license almost 5 years ago when she was 17. She is a recent graduate of WSU and is currently attending Pacific University to get her MBA. Jess loves working with people and is happy to help out with customer needs.
High or low, fast or slow, land or sea, power or gliding, Phil loves aviation in all of its forms. Flying for fun and business since 2006, he loves teaching and still learns something from every single flight.
