DAYS/TIMES: 8-week course- Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

COST: 1-time fee of $450 + books and materials

LOCATION: Cascade Air Classroom at SW WA Regional Airport

COURSE DESCRIPTION: Our Private Pilot Ground School acts as a first step in completing your aviation goals. Start to finish, this course will walk you through the basics of flying and get you to a point where you can successfully pass your FAA Written Exam, which is a required component for obtaining your Private Pilotʼs License.

We will cover topics including aviation history, airplane systems, flying maneuvers, flight environment, radio communication, emergency procedures, meteorology, take-offs/landings, FAA regulations, aircraft performance, human factors, and navigation.
